Place an Order

All our dresses are custom-made. The time for production may be longer than expected due to high demand. So please place your order as soon as possible so that we can have enough time. We recommend that you order at least one month before the day you need the dress.
 
 
The time for production doesn’t include shipping time. It usually takes 3-7 business days for shipping. Depending on where you're living. So please double check your estimated delivery time before confirming your order!

Rush Production is available for all styles

  • Estimated arrival date is available on product page. We supply rush orders for free, please choose expedited shipping and put your "Event Date" option on your order.

We understand the arrival date is very important to you. So we really want to make sure you can receive the perfect fitted dress for you on time. We hope the dress will arrive as soon as possible, meanwhile, we will be extremely strict on the quality and make sure it will not be influenced because of limited production time. We would really appreciate it if you could show us your kind understanding and patience.

You can measure yourself according to our measuring guide, we believe that you can measure your size with it correctly. If you still can't understand how to measure, please contact us.

If you are worried about the colour of the dresses you receive, we suggest you order colour swatches. The fabric of the dress is consistent with the colour swatches. You need to pay £1 for a colour swatch, and £4.99 for shipping.

Lace is not available in our swatch program. Our lace is dyed to match the specific colour of each dress and is too delicate to send out separately from your garment. If you'd like to see lace in a particular colour, reach out to our customer service team – they may be able to help you find a sample dress that comes in lace in the colour that you're seeing.

Undoubtedly it is important that the bridesmaid dresses are in the same color when you are in a bridesmaid group, so the bridesmaid dresses cannot have colour differences. But dresses in different orders may have a slight difference due to the dosage of dye, so you have to make sure that all the bridesmaid dresses are in the same order. So, all the bridesmaid dresses need to be bought within 24 hours, if you have to add several dresses after 24 hours, you need to tell us the order number of all your bridesmaid dresses, we will arrange your order as soon as possible in the same production batch. In addition, different monitors will display different colours.

Even the same bridesmaid dress may look different on two monitors, this is normal. We promise that the color of the dresses will be the same as the colour swatches. And the dresses in the same production batch will also have no difference.

Each fabric color is slightly different, even the same color, so we made color swatches for different fabrics, if you are not sure which color you want, you can order multiple color swatches to confirm the color you want.

When you have a beautiful dress from Babaroni.co.uk, you can wear it on many occasions, and when you need to clean it, please note the following things:

All dresses and fabrics can only be dry-cleaned! Please don't wash them with the washing machine!

If it has wrinkles, don't use an iron. If you have a household steam ironing machine, you can do it yourself. Or please send your dresses to a local dry cleaner. If the wrinkling is not too serious, you can hang it in the bathroom when you take a hot shower, and the steam is enough to remove tiny wrinkles.

Size

Please confirm your size refer to our measuring pictures and measurement chart. If the measuring pictures can’t help you, you can go to the local tailor and measure your size. We have to tell you that the sizes of prom dresses are different from the clothes you usually wear, you may usually wear loose clothes, but you must make accurate and close-fitting measurements to make sure your dress fits.

All of our dresses carry approximately the same measurements (except for length, of course) in our standard sizes, and they all run true to bridal sizes.

The best way to figure out which size will fit you best is to match your measurements to our size chart, which is also included on every dress's order page. 

Some tips:

  • Not every style fits the same. Strapless styles tend to fit snugly because you want to make sure everything stays up! Styles with straps can run a bit bigger in the bust, but that's definitely an easy fix for a tailor.
  • If you're going to wear a bra, take the padding out. Our dresses are made to be worn without a bra, so if you wear one it can definitely make the bust area look a little off!
  • Make sure you take your measurements with whatever undergarments you plan on wearing with your dress on. If you don't plan on wearing a bra, take your measurements with a very thinly padded (or unpadded) bra or bralette.

How to find your fit in strapless styles:

  1. You need to fill in the cup to hold the gown up.
  2. Base your sizing on the waist measurement. There's not a lot of wiggle room in strapless styles, they're made to be snug!
  3. If you go a size down, and your waist is a bit bigger than the listed measurement, there is the possibility you'll have some issues zipping the dress up.
  4. It is always better to go larger and have it taken in then hope to have enough fabric to let it out!

How to find your fit in styles with straps and sleeves:

  1. The bust tends to run a bit bigger, so make sure you can fill this area in for a nice look.
  2. If you're a little larger in the bust (about an inch bigger), the dress should still look fine, but it may be a little snug.
  3. There's not a lot of extra room in the waist, so if you're a little larger than the measurement listed on the size chart, you may have some issues zipping up!
  4. It is always better to go larger and have it taken in then hope to have enough fabric to let it out!

If your measurements don't quite add up, you may need to go up a size or more to get to the closest match, and then have it altered to fit by your local tailor. For example, if you are a UK12 in the waist but your other measurements match up with a size UK8, you're still going to want to go with a size UK10 or UK12 to fit your waist, and then have the dress tailored down.

All dresses can be ordered in standard size in the range of UK4-UK34, including wedding/bridesmaid/prom/mother of the bride dresses, each size corresponds to its own measurement data. Please check our size chart. If one of your measurements is not included in the standard scale, you need to choose a custom size. Custom size allows you to customize each size data, requiring you to enter your sizes on the order page.


For children's dresses, we provide children's sizes

We cannot change the design, fabric, length, etc. of the dress unless there is a separate description on the product page you are viewing. All products on our website are designed and produced by our designers and tailors, it must be the most optimal design, to ensure that we can't change design and fabrics.

If you like a dress but want it to be longer or shorter, you can search by the length you want, and you may find similar styles. You can contact us if you are sure that you want to get a different length of a certain style.

A few things to remember about custom dresses:

We provide basic custom sizes including bust, waist, hip, height, and hollow to floor, that help you reduce potential change costs. Although the dress will be made according to the size you provide, it may still need additional changes.

The dress in custom size is tailored by the size you provide when you checkout, which means once it is completed, no one else can wear it. So we cannot accept returns for custom dresses. When the dress in standard size can't fit you perfectly, it is better to choose a custom size. You don't have to force yourself to choose a standard size, because even if you usually wear a dress in UK4, we can’t guarantee that our dresses in UK4 will also fit you well. The reason is that we reserve a certain size in the standard size to ensure you feel comfortable. But the custom size is exactly the same as the size you provide. To give yourself some space, it would be better to add 1 cm or 1/2 inch to the bust and waist measurements.

At Babaroni.co.uk we believe that, as long as you receive the dress, you will have a perfect experience whether you open the package or wear it. We are worthy of your favor matter from the packaging, transportation, customer service, and the dress itself. Sometimes you have some special circumstances, such as a wedding or prom was canceled, you no longer need the dress, you can return it to us. We can resale the dress in standard size. But the return policy about the custom size is the following:

The dress in custom size is designed for you, which means once it is completed, no one else can wear it. So, we are sorry that we can't accept returns for custom dresses. So sorry, love! please make sure your size is right before placing orders. Although you can't return the custom size dresses, please don’t worry. If it is difficult for you to wear the dress, we will provide reimbursement to you according to the cost of change at the local tailors, the proportion is as follows:

Babaroni is always dedicated to providing the best service for our valued customers all the time. In order to provide a better shopping experience and customer service, we will issue a full refund including a shipping fee right away for any damaged, defective or mishandled products. If you find any quality problems with our product when you receive your package, please contact our customer service team. We will arrange a free replacement, return, or refund as soon as possible.

We will offer your reimbursement if you keep the dress and make adjustments locally.

Please note the request on the after-sale problem shall be issued within 3 days after the item arrives at you.


FOR ALL STANDARD SIZE ORDERS

Babaroni promises to issue a full refund including a shipping fee for any damaged, defective, or mis-shipped standard size dresses. Pictures to prove the quality problems are required.

Babaroni will offer you a 90% refund if there is no quality problem but you are not satisfied with the product or you change your mind. We will take a 10% restocking fee, which will automatically be deducted from your refund. Please notice we still charge the shipping fee under this circumstance even if your order is a free shipping order.

You will be responsible for paying shipping fees back including but not limited to, the cost to ship back and any shipping materials cost. Therefore, we friendly recommend you return all unwanted items at one time if there are 2 or more products.

The item must be shipped back within 15 days including weekends after its delivery to you. Therefore, please contact our customer service to process the return issue soon.

Please make sure all items must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged) with the original tags attached. We may fail to process the return of any items that do not adhere to this return policy.

It will take up to 3 business days for us to process your return and refund once the package arrives back to us (This can take several more days during our peak season). You will receive a refund soon after we check your return package. Please note your bank may take additional days to process the refund.


FOR ALL CUSTOM FIT ORDERS

We offer basic custom sizing for FREE on all of our Babaroni styles. We strongly recommend you place a custom size order to get a perfect dress for you.

Custom dresses are made specifically for the measurements(bust, waist, hip, height, and hollow-to-floor) you provide to us. That means no one else will be able to wear that dress once it’s completed. That is to say, we are unable to accept any returns on custom size dresses unless there is a quality problem. Therefore, please make sure to carefully check all your measurements and color choices!

Custom dresses usually cannot be returned unless there is a quality problem because they are final sale. Please confirm colour, style, and measurements within 24 hours of your payment.


FOR ALL FABRIC SWATCHES, ACCESSORIES AND RUSH ORDERS

All fabric swatches, measuring tapes, accessories, and veils are final sale. No returns or exchanges for any reason.


FOR ALL ADJUSTMENTS & REIMBURSEMENTS

It’s normal for the slight difference because all of our dresses are handmade. Please kindly understand there may be a slight difference due to manual measurements. Even though we will make your order according to your measurements, it is only basic custom sizing. So you may need additional alterations or adjustments at your expense to get your ideal and fit dress. To provide additional assistance and help, we offer a limited alterations reimbursement for all dresses (including standard size dresses and custom size dresses), you just submit a picture of your receipt from the tailor via email to service@babaroni.co.uk and we'll do the rest! Way too easy? Yes, It’s so easy for you to get the reimbursements!

EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not offer an exchange service for any products. Because most of our orders are made-to-order dresses. We do not have ready-made dresses that can be shipped in exchange for your returned items. If you insist on to exchange, you need to return the unwanted items (if eligible per the return policy) to us first and then place a new order for the replacement items. Prior promotional pricing or discounts used when the original order was placed will not be honored for a new order.


Return Process

  • 1.Email our Customer Service: service@babaroni.co.uk within 3 days upon receiving your order. Please send us an explanation and photographs to state the reason for your return. We reserve the right to refuse returns without prior approval from our Customer Service.
  • 2.Once you receive the reply from service@babaroni.co.uk, it means your return request has been approved. Please return the dress to us with the address we provided ASAP (3-7 days). This information must be written and sent to us with the package: Order Number/Email/Full Name. This is very important for us to recognize your package. We are not able to arrange a refund without this information.
  • 3. All the dresses that are returned must be checked. We will process the refund when we confirm that the product has the problems you mentioned. Once the refund has been processed by us, it usually takes 10-15 business days for the money to get back to your account, depending on your bank or payment service. Your bank or payment service may levy a small transaction charge. Once receive the returned dresses, we will check and deal with the refund in 3 to 5 business days. We reserve the right not to process the refund if they are returned in unacceptable condition. The refund would get back to your account in 2 business days, it also depends on the processing efficiency of your bank.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Unpaid orders will not be processed. If you do not need it, please ignore it.

Cancellation within 24 to 72 hours after the order is paid: you will get a partial refund consisting of 50% of the dress price and the full shipping cost.

Shipping

We ship all our dresses throughout the world via DHL and UPS. Please kindly note that DHL does not ship to the PO BOX address. If you prefer the DHL shipping service, please provide us with your detailed street address instead of a PO BOX address. Or we have to ship your products via YODEL. We also APO or MPO addresses via ROYALMAIL.

We are not responsible for customs duty. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient as well. babaroni.co.uk has no control over these charges, nor can predict the amount of the fees. You will receive a confirmation email after payment is sent by our customer service. There are 24 hours for you to change the information of your order including colour, size, measurements, etc. Our tailoring team will start to process the order after 24 hours and no information (except address) can be changed since then. Each dress will be made to order by our tailors. It will take 2-3 weeks to complete a dress(wedding dresses take more time). Dresses will be shipped by DHL from our warehouse in China. Normally you will get it in 3-7 business days after then. It also depends on your location. For more ETD information, please refer to www.dhl.com to check.

On Babaroni.co.uk, we are proud for ourselves on offering dresses of high quality at a low price. To save customers' budget and avoid waste, all orders are pre-ordered. It means that the production will begin after the order is paid already.

However, if you want to get the rush order before the arrival date on the product order page, you can choose expedited shipping when you check out. We will expedite the production of your order, and you will receive the dress as soon as possible. We suggest you tell us the exact date you need to wear this dress in the email reply to our confirmation email of your order or put the event date on your order, to ensure that your order will be delivered on time. Then we can discuss with our tailors to ensure that your order will be delivered on time.

You are free to change the shipping address before shipping. However, the delivery address cannot be changed after the order is shipped. Besides, we are not responsible for the missing package due to the wrong or false shipping address of your order. So please check your shipping address carefully. The shipping address must be exactly correct so that you can get your item. If the order has been shipped, and you have to change the address, please email us soon to inform us. We will ask the carrier to assist. But the extra cost may be needed.
The freight is automatically generated before the checkout. Our freight depends on the weight of your products and the distance of the shipment. If you have a free shipping code, please enter the code to save the shipping fees.

After shipping, our customer service will track the status of your package and assist the carrier in delivering your package.
